Project Overview
We enjoyed helping our clients with all things interiors in our FR Interiors project. Starting with selecting finishes and fixtures, we honed in on their love for a clean and contemporary style. We then helped them furnish and accessorize to the final touch.
As you enter the home, you are greeted by expansive views through large windows that frame the gorgeous pool and lush greens of the golf course beyond. The main living spaces feature 12-foot high ceilings adorned with light wood beams, enhancing the airy and open feel of the home. Pops of natural wood tones complement the primary color scheme of wood, black, and white, with accents of gold adding a touch of elegance.
The living room welcomes you with a modern, large-scale stone fireplace that extends from floor to ceiling, creating a dramatic focal point. To the left of the living room lies the kitchen. Here, custom-designed cabinets house high-end appliances and tailored storage organization systems. Each cabinet was designed to the client’s specifications, including an appliance garage, ice maker, spice storage, utensil pull-outs, and an area for wood shelving. The over-sized pendant lights illuminate the space adding a touch of glamour.
Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining room, where another large-scale stone fireplace resides in a lighter finish. This feature sets the tone for a refined dining experience. This space is perfect for hosting intimate dinners or grand celebrations, all while enjoying the cozy warmth of the fireplace.
The recreation room is a versatile space designed for the ultimate in entertainment. Featuring a kitchenette with a bar area, a concession area stocked with snacks and soda, a popcorn machine, a theater area, arcade games, a pool table, air hockey, and a poker table. Ample storage ensures that every board game has its place. Down the hallway, a dedicated Scrapbook Room offers all the neccessary storage to organize and preserve cherished memories.
The office, bathed in natural light, exudes a masculine charm, providing a perfect workspace. For visiting family, there is a comfortable bedroom on the first floor for grandkids. Each bedroom in the home features its own private bathroom for added convenience.
Stepping outside, the backyard is a true oasis. The pool, complete with a hot tub, invites relaxation and enjoyment. The large outdoor patio is perfect for gatherings, featuring a gas or wood-burning fireplace. The patio also offers direct access to the recreation room bathroom, which doubles as a convenient pool bath.
Upstairs, a gaming area provides additional space for leisure and entertainment, accompanied by two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.
Every detail of this home has been thoughtfully considered and meticulously executed, resulting in a stunning living space that perfectly complements its picturesque surroundings.
