Our Design Stages:
STAGE 1: PRE-DESIGN + PROGRAMMING
We will start off by having a complimentary 15-minute phone call to discuss the scope of your project. We’re helping you figure out how much space you need, how much you’ll likely need in the future, and how that space should be used, organized, and arranged.
STAGE 2: SCHEMATIC DESIGN
We will take your Building Program and begin the process of translating it into an efficient building design. The building’s exterior, if a new build, will be designed based off of the finalized floor plan.
STAGE 3: INTERIOR DESIGN
Interior layouts and room sizes are finalized, and materials and finishes are being selected.
STAGE 4: CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS
All the details from the previous stages are filled in so a contractor can build your project. We will be there to walk you through bidding and permitting.
STAGE 5: CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION
At specific intervals, we will visit the project site during construction to verify that it is in accordance with the design documents we prepared.
