Project Overview
The Florence Outdoor Patio addition perfectly blends functionality, aesthetics, and personalized touches tailored to our client’s needs. We crafted an inviting outdoor living space anchored by a stunning wood-burning stone fireplace that not only adds warmth and charm, but also serves as a focal point for relaxation and entertainment. The cozy seating arrangement around the fireplace is perfect for unwinding after a long day, making it a favorite spot for our clients who use it all the time.
Adding to the functionality and entertainment value, we included a stone bar area with ample storage for the client’s large griddle that they can roll out as needed. This custom-built bar also offers seating for four, making it ideal for hosting casual get-togethers, providing a nice area to work on the computer outside, or simply enjoying a morning coffee or evening outdoor cocktail.
The new outdoor dining area is designed for comfort and enjoyment, featuring a spacious table that easily accommodates family gatherings and dinner parties. It’s strategically positioned to maximize both shade and sunlight, offering the perfect ambiance for any meal.
Throughout the planning and construction process, we paid special attention to preserving the beloved palm tree that our clients brought home from a tropical trip! This tree now stands proudly with the new patio design, adding a touch of nostalgia and personal significance to the space.
We also embraced the challenge of the L-shaped roofline, seamlessly integrating it into the overall design to create a cohesive and aesthetically pleasing outdoor area. By working with the existing architecture, we maintained the natural flow and enhanced the beauty of the patio.
